Was pleasantly surprised to see a HK mention at the end. I’m not sure how much you’re immersed in this part of the world but the government distrust and fear of vaccines is deep. Short of mandatory vaccinations (or something to that effect) I’m not sure what the government can do -- I’ve assumed they are incapable of building trust (esp over a short period of time).
I don't know too much about the local situation, unfortunately.
What's sad is that it's a double-whammy, because whatever happened to make people of that generation so skeptical was certainly pretty terrible, and now they're paying AGAIN for those sins by not taking medicine that would very likely protect them...

Very happy about the DST bill been hoping for this for ages. Will keep my fingers crossed this gets passed.
