on the small scale nuclear program, was it your news letter that asked why doesn't anyone speak to the Navy about their programs and replicate what they build there. That they have a history of building small reactors, to a standard design and have built many of them.
Was there any reason why they couldn't be considered or is that an option that's being pursued.
That sounds like something I wrote, but I unfortunately don't have an answer to that question... I'd guess it's probably a regulatory thing; probably a whole different process for stationary civilian reactors than for searborne Navy ones ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
