Excellent stuff. Thanks for your coverage of nuclear energy. I am on-board. I also think you should trademark "wrist real-estate" and "face real-estate." Jony Ive seems like he should get as much attention as Steve Jobs to me. Perhaps, he's not as sensational?

Glad you enjoyed it! ๐Ÿ’š ๐Ÿฅƒ

Ha! Wrist real estate does have a certain ring to it.

If you want to learn more about Ive, I recommend the Leander Kahney biography of him. I read it a few years ago, but I remember enjoyed it (I gave it a "B+" in my notes).

Ive Wristband/Watch makes a lot of sense. The way things are going, especially with children, I think a non-screen UI would make sense, although you'll still need a screen for certain things of course.

Yes. I think the screen fallback will be the phone. Everybody has a phone, but if you only need to take it out of your pocket for certain things and can do the rest with just voice, that opens the door for a third big platform. If people didn't have phones, voice-only wouldn't work nearly as well.

It's all very interesting. As an old-school touch-typist, I spend much more time on a laptop than my phone, but I feel I am becoming a minority, as I know many people who do almost everything on their phone. I just use it for more specific things, usually location-specific e.g. mobile tickets.

Incidentally, glad Germany was a success. Let us know if you have a London trip planned!

I spend most of my time at a desktop computer, because I like the big 27" 5k screen and the better ergonomics than having the keyboard attached to a screen, so I'm a dinosaur!

But I get a lot of use out of my phone, and if I could just casually ask questions to AI on my wrist, I probably would.

I've never been to the UK, but would definitely like to go someday!
