🏋️💪🗓️ I was looking at the May monthly stats on Hevy, the app I use to track my workouts, and I realized that last month was the least I've lifted in a long time, by total lbs volume.

I want to turn this around.

I’ve decided to try to make June the highest month in the past year, which means beating last June. I’ll report back, but I figure a little public commitment may help 😅

(You should probably harness that power for whatever you've been struggling to get done.)
