When some of COVID restrictions are lifted, you can see if you can get a tour on an Amazon fulfillment center -yes, those exist in many countries, but no idea about Canada though. You get to see the robots 🤖
I think I looked it up a while ago and my local FC didn't offer tours, but I should look again, maybe that has changed.
I suspect they could still hide some types of robots or capabilities by not giving tours where the most cutting-edge stuff is deployed, or not touring those areas.
Ha, that could be the case... but I did not feel like a lot was being hidden.
For someone with a not industrial background and who works in an office it was also the first time that I saw the Fastenal vending machines inside the fulfillment center 🙂
Present me thanks past me for signing up for Liberty's Highlights! Present me encourages present others to improve future others by doing the same!
Loved the Obsidian evolution! Made me think of the literal connections going on in your brain all the time. What would THAT network look like?!
Ha! Present-me appreciate it! 💚🥃

"Parents listen to their deceased son's heart.." I was like 😍😢😢👏 Thanks for sharing that Liberty!
Yeah, that image really got to me, such a mix of emotions.
Especially the father's face is so poignant... ugh, thinking of my kids..
