A question that Ben & Marc received is what are some differences between founders of $1B, $10B, &$100B companies? And one of the answers that B&M gave, was the founders ability to turn down a lot of money, over and over again, because they believed in the long term vision. That drove a founder up to a higher level.. 🤘 Simple to hear, hard to execute in practice! That is like someone offering us $100M, and me being like.. "No.. not enough yet." Great though experiment.
Yeah, I bet this can be a filter where some other founders that are actually better at everything else, but just don't quite have the level of risk-tolerance/confidence/vision and they drop out of the race ealier.
Not that it's a race or getting biggest means better, but for that specific metric, I mean
