Love it. I've been waiting for this movie for 40 years. Read Dune twice when younger and once more just a few months ago. Amazed that this was really just the first half of the first book and there was so much detail left out. This movie could have gone another 1+ hours. My wife was thoroughly confused.

Wife: Who was the Emporer? 🤦♂️...
She enjoyed it but didn't get the whole depth of the story.
Watched on HBO Max. Going to take my 25 yr son to see in IMAX.
