If you can find some of the podcasts that the founder did, I think it gives a decent idea.

Your going to have to put me down in the list for the book giveaway. . . also -- when is merch coming?

I have Factorio in my steam list. . . but no time to get lost in it. . . one day soon!

You're on the list, Adam! 💚 🥃

No plans for merch at the moment, was just playing around with a simple design idea... I, doubt there's enough interest in it to make it viable any time soon, but maybe some day ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I really want to know what you think of it when you've had a chance to see it. Keep expectations low, it's not the best film ever, but I recommend it!

Every company is a black box. The art of investing is identifying the key growth drivers and the key events that drive them. There isn't an edge (or source of alpha) in investing in AMZN in understanding if this year's Prime Video content is better than last year's, while this can make a good conversation on weekends, and it can be a source of edge to NFLX. It makes sense that Bill won't know GCP's name: it doesn't matter to GOOG. (But if you invest in AMZN or MSFT, you'll know GCP's name because it does matter).

Exactly. And the name of something isn't what matters, it's understanding the thing itself, so it's very probable that Bill understands GCP as a low cost option for the future, likely to become profitable over time, etc, without remembering the exact name.

In other words, I'd rather have someone who doesn't know the name of something and understands it than the reverse.

Cheers! 💚 🥃
