Loved the "expectations" segment (along with the state of the art graphical rendition! 🤣). I wonder how much of that is learned behavior vs. our natural wiring...and am guessing it is a bit of both. Even if it is a combination, it is an incredibly useful tool! Thanks for the insight.
I suspect we have a natural disposition that probably often gets reinforced by our environment (because family with similar genes and environment may have similar disposition), but I'm pretty sure you can change that if you work on it. Probably better to get started young, but never too late!
