I have something written somewhere in my notes, I should probably write it up at some point, but it's about "dream generators" and how visions of the future are indeed maps and self-fulfilling to some degree, so it's important to have people with vision, ambition, to inspire others, and no fall into pessimism and fatalism, because that can be self-fulfilling too.
