I've seen a bunch of videos of them in use, (search youtube for "bjorn nyland odb" for example) and it's neat to have access to the readers from sensors showing battery temperature, motor output, regen, charging rate, battery cell voltage, capacity, etc.
These are impressive results, Liberty! I know from previous posts that you own some great companies like CSU and Heico, and I was just wondering, are you still adding to them or you bought a considerable portion years ago and that was it? They always look too expensive.
For those names I mostly just own the shares that I bought a decade+ ago. Over the years I may have added a bit or trimmed a bit depending, but it's other names that I've been buying in recent times.
Well said re: the Musk Bio. It's frustrating that many folks feel the need to "pick a side" with him, and not just take the good with the bad. Or decide for themselves what is good or bad, for that matter.
Hmmm - maybe I am going to have to add the Musk biography to my to-read list. I got stage-fright when I saw it was 700 pages and the lukewarm reaction on Twitter didn't help. As you say, I expect a lot of people read into it whatever their priors on Musk are.
Judging by how fast the takes came out on it, I suspect that a lot of people who have not read it based their opinions on those media articles that come out immediately after some journalist do a CMD-F through the book for a few juicy keywords.
But hey, everyone has different tastes and interests, so my experience may not be yours ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Exactly. Too many people just replay other people's cached thoughts or try to signal that they belong to a certain group. That's a bad way to live.
