seems there is a huge spectral dispersion of SaaSco types; some agents will hammer, and others where billions of transactions are rather insignificant for days\weeks (noise or slow trends).
except the latter CRM-types seem more common SaaSco. do you have any idea how many billions of meaningless (quasi-administrative) daily transactions ding salesforce, SAP, etc... ?
i am unsure what agents hitting these every few millisec accomplishes.

That’s true. It all gets thrown in the same basket right now, but over time there will be winners and losers based on the specifics of each
