I listened to it over the weekend. It was excellent. I had to go back and listen to all four episodes with Mark again.

A practical conversation around energy, and many other things for that fact, is hard to find.

It was interesting to hear that projects on previously failed sites could be restarted. According to Wikipedia, 24 sites canceled construction. Most of those sites are in the Rust Belt and Appalachia; building new nuclear at those sites would be a boon for those communities.

Having lived near the Marble Hill site, I would love to see them restart that project.

This may be naive speculation, but several large solar farms have been proposed within spitting distance of the Marble Hill site in the last few years. I assume they are doing so to sell power to the rapidly growing warehousing, manufacturing, and data center facilities springing up in the old military ammunition manufacturing complex north of Lousiville. Amazon has both warehousing and data centers there.
